The 2023 Annual Meeting was held on Friday, Dec 1/23 at New Covenant Fellowship, 705 Harrison Street. Over 85 people residents attended. Agenda items included:
- Brienne (Pres) highlighted accomplishments including new electronic speed signs, street pavings, and ongoing road median improvements
- Brad (Tres) gave financial report
- Brienne provided Royal Oak Golf Course update
- Vickie Conklin gave Royal Oak Neighbors (RON) update on their actions to stop the development at Royal Oak Golf Course
- Brienne shared update on Apollo Gardens
- Election of ROCA board members
- Brienne took questions from the floor

The 2022 Annual Meeting was held on Friday, December 2nd, 2022, at New Covenant Fellowship facility on Harrison Street. About 50 people attended and a lively presentation covered all the agenda items shown in the attached presentation.
