Billy Specht – S. Casper Place

I currently work as the General Manager at The Great Outdoors RV & Golf Resort, and in this role it is my responsibility to maintain and enforce the covenants and standards of our community and preserve/improve property values.  Through this role I now understand the importance of community involvement in order to preserve and protect a community into the future.  Below is more information about me:

• Native Floridian, grew up in Winter Haven, Royal Oak resident for 12 yrs
• Master’s, in Leadership and Management, Bachelor’s, in Education,
• Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, 2014- 2018, Chairman in 2015. 
• Executive Director at YMCA of Central Florida here at the Titusville YMCA and Tennis Center for five years.  
• Director of Education for Delaware North, KSC Visitor Complex, for nearly 15 years.  This position is what brought me to Brevard County.
